Hyundai Motor India IPO This company is a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea. Hyundai Motor India’s IPO dates are yet to be announced. But, this company is raising around ₹25,000 crore through IPO.

New Delhi: Amid the record-breaking rise in the Indian stock market, tremendous action is also being seen in the primary market. Many companies are preparing for listing in this bull run. Many companies including NTPC Green Energy, Hyundai Motor India and Swiggy are going to launch IPOs worth around ₹60,000 crore during October-November. Apart from these 3 companies, the IPOs of Afcons Infrastructure, Waaree Energies, Niva Bupa Health Insurance, One Mobikwik Systems and Garuda Construction are also going to be launched.

Through all these IPOs, companies will raise an estimated total of ₹60,000 crore. Shares of around 30 companies are to be listed during September-December. These listings range from different sectors, sizes and fresh issues to offers for sale.

In fact, due to better macroeconomic conditions, triggers in certain sectors and other factors, there is a race for listing among these companies. Domestic mutual funds are also seeing strong inflows and corporate India is also going through a strong capital formation phase. This is why companies are busy raising funds through the primary market to support their expansion plans, debt reduction and working capital.

Hyundai Motor India IPO This company is a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea. Hyundai Motor India’s IPO dates are yet to be announced. But, this company is raising around ₹25,000 crore through IPO. Earlier in 2022, LIC had raised a total of ₹21,000 crore, the largest IPO in the country. Hyundai Motor India’s IPO will be entirely OFS, with Hyundai Motor Company selling 14,21,94,700 shares. There will be no fresh issue in this IPO.

Apart from this, the IPO of food and grocery company Swiggy is also coming. The company will raise a total of ₹10,414 crore through fresh issue and OFS. There will be fresh issue of ₹ 3,750 crore and OFS of ₹ 6,664 crore. 18.52 crore shares will be sold through OFS.

NTPC Green Energy IPO- The IPO of state-owned NTPC’s renewables unit NTPC Green Energy is also expected to be launched in the first week of November. The company will raise funds of ₹10,000 crore.

IPOs of other companies will also be launched – Shapoorji Pallonji Group’s Afcons Infrastructure will raise ₹7,000 crore through IPO, Waree Energies will raise ₹3,000 crore. Apart from this, Niva Bupa Health Insurance will raise ₹3,000 crore, One Mobiquik Systems will raise ₹700 crore through IPO. So far this year, 62 companies, including Bajaj Housing Finance and Ola Electric Mobility, have raised a total of ₹64,000 crore through IPOs.

Will there be action in the primary market next year? The outlook of the primary market for next year i.e. 2025 also looks positive. Sebi has approved 22 IPOs, which will raise around ₹25,000 crore. Apart from this, around 50 other companies have applied to SEBI and are awaiting approval. Collectively, these companies are poised to raise around ₹1 lakh crore from the primary market.
