If you look for a 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city, expect to pay at least ₹5,00,000 per month. If you look for a better house, you will have to pay around Rs 9 lakh per month. A 3 bedroom apartment outside the city can cost around ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000.
