Uttar Pradesh, West Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, East Rajasthan may receive good rain during five days.

15 July season:

In some places there is humidity and in other places there is heavy rain.  Similar weather is being seen in many places in India.  Now on Monday, the Indian Meteorological Department i.e. IMD has predicted rain for 5 days from Uttar Pradesh to Tamil Nadu and from Nagaland to Gujarat.  However, some states of Madhya Pradesh are still facing humidity and waiting for rains.

How will it be today?

Meteorological Department has said that during the next 5 days Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Chanam, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Sub Himalayan West  Rain is likely in Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand.

Apart from this, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, West Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, East Rajasthan may receive good rain during five days.

These states will face heavy rainfall

The IMD has informed that Bihar, Sikkim and sub-Himalayan West Bengal are likely to experience heavy rains on July 15, 17 and 18.  Here, heavy rain is likely over northwest Uttarakhand, east Rajasthan till July 19 and east Uttar Pradesh on July 15 and 18.  Vidarbha, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, North Interior Karnataka are likely to receive heavy rainfall on July 15 itself.

The Meteorological Department says heavy rain is likely over Konkan, Goa, ghat areas of Madhya Maharashtra, coastal Karnataka and north interior Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe on July 15.

Meghraja rains in South Gujarat: IMD Red Alert 

In South Gujarat Meghraja is batting with a bang Roads turned into rivers due to heavy rains in Surat’s Umarpada More than calm Bharuch’s netrang was rained while more than 14 inches of rain fell in just five hours in Surat’s Umarpada.  The people who were flooded by the river were happy, on the other hand, the motorists who were stuck in the water on the roads were facing a lot of hardships and there were scenes as if the villages had become contact planes. In some rivers, the situation of Bholapur was also created.

Red alert in 6 districts of Gujarat

It is still raining continuously in many districts in Gujarat, some are moderate and some are very heavy, on the other hand, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert in 6 districts including Chotaudepur, Narmada, Bharuch, Navsari, Surat and Valsad and Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli.  A red alert has been issued due to the possibility of very heavy rains

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in many districts of Saurashtra including entire Gujarat in the next 48 hours, in which 10 districts have been given red alert, four districts of Saurashtra such as Gir Somnath, Amreli, Junagadh and Bhavnagar have expressed the possibility of extremely heavy rain in Navsari Valsad of South Gujarat.  And also predicted heavy rain in Daman Dadra Nagar Haveli, Jamnagar, Rajkot Sahitya areas
