Monsoon slowed down, monsoon did not reach North India
Monsoon has arrived in the country but the heat is still felt. The reason for which is monsoon break. Even in South Gujarat, the monsoon has arrived but now it has slowed down. Earlier it was predicted that rain would also arrive in the coastal areas of Saurashtra and the entire state could receive monsoon rains. But the monsoon has weakened after entering the state by way of South Gujarat. Due to which people have to face the heat again. In this too, the amount of rainfall has increased due to scattered rains. The state still has to wait for universal rains. At the same time, the rain suitable for sowing has not fallen yet. So this year monsoon has arrived early. But now there is no forecast of widespread and good rains. So the farmers who want to sow will have to wait a little. The same situation is being seen in North India as well. Monsoon has not reached North India due to slowing down of monsoon. Due to which unbearable heat is falling. The pre-monsoon season is predicted to be the hottest this year since 2016.
Weak Monsoon has arrived in Gujarat
There is no news of an early monsoon in Gujarat, as the monsoon has weakened early. The weather department has forecast for the next five days. Ramashray Yadav, a scientist of the Meteorological Department, said that the monsoon has entered the state but has weakened. Therefore, the districts of Central and South Gujarat may receive scattered to normal rains. Scattered light rain besides thunder storm is forecast in the districts of central and south Gujarat today. However, there is no chance of a major change in temperature for the next few days. Scattered light rain and thunderstorm is forecast in some districts of Saurashtra today. There is no possibility of any major change in temperature. Today the temperature in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar will not be around 40 degrees. North Gujarat has rains due to cyclonic circular, the amount of which may decrease. As the monsoon that has entered South Gujarat has weakened, the rainfall has decreased.

The Meteorological Department informed that the official monsoon is sitting in Gujarat. Monsoon has entered South Gujarat. Monsoon has formally started from today with rains in Navsari, Valsad, Dang. Ramashray Yadav, a scientist of the Meteorological Department, said that the Southwest Monsoon has entered South Gujarat. Monsoon has entered till Navsari.
Predictions of Paresh Goswami
Weather expert Paresh Goswami said that the current year’s monsoon has set in Gujarat 4 days earlier than its scheduled time. As per Imd report, Monsoon has entered Gujarat today on 11 June 2024. Southwest Monsoon entered Andaman and Nicobar on May 19. After that, monsoon was announced on May 29 instead of June 1 or 2. That means monsoon has arrived early in Andaman Nicobar, Kerala and now Gujarat too. Monsoon has entered Gujarat as of today. Many areas including Valsad Dang of South Gujarat have been covered. As for Saurashtra, this monsoon is within 45 km south of Veraval in Saurashtra, so it is also very close to Veraval. Monsoon may enter Bhavnagar, Amreli, Junagadh areas of Saurashtra by today evening or late night. If you look at it like this, the monsoon in Gujarat usually arrives on June 15, but this year it has already arrived on June 11. Monsoon has arrived four days early. However, this is nothing new. It has happened many times in the past that the monsoons come earlier than expected.
Ambalal Patel’s advice to farmers, Sow crops at this time
When monsoon comes, it is time to sow. In this way farmers have many types of confusion. Answers to many confusing questions like when to sow, at what time to sow, will rain come if we sow, will be found in this advice of Ambalal Patel. Ambalal Patel said that farmers usually sow before the monsoon rains. However, this year too there will be rains before the regular monsoon. So by June 4, there will be pre-monsoon activity and rain is expected. And after that, monsoon rains are likely to occur from June 7 to 14. But farmers sow in Rohini Nakshatra for good crop. While in Rohini Nakshatra there is more wind with rain. Due to which the moisture evaporates. This year also there will be rain in Rohini Nakshatra. And a strong wind will blow. So if there is an irrigation system, sowing should be done. Otherwise one should wait for regular monsoon rains. Otherwise, if the rains are delayed due to some reason, the farmers can save themselves from the loss.
