At present there is cyclonic circulation in the Arabian Sea and low pressure in the Bay of Bengal. Which is moving towards Gujarat. At present cyclonic circulation is near the Gulf of Khambhat. On 22nd, 23rd, 24th, there will be rain in Saurashtra, Gujarat, Bhal division. While there will be good rain in coastal areas. Amreli, Bhavnagar, Girsomanath, Junagadh, Botad will receive good rain.

According to him, low pressure is active in the Bay of Bengal. Which will come close to Gujarat on 24-25 August. Which will come in Dahod, Godhra, Chotaudepur. While the Arabian Sea circulation will weaken and merge with the low pressure. The two systems will merge and may go up to the category of depression.

While on 24-25 there may be heavy to very heavy rain. This system will pass through Gujarat. Due to which there will be heavy to very heavy rain in all regions. Saurashtra-Kutch, North Gujarat, Central Gujarat, and South Gujarat will receive good rainfall.

According to Paresh Goswami, two rain systems have been activated over Gujarat. In the last week of August, the rains will come. 5 to 7 inches of rain is possible in most areas. More than 50 percent of the area may receive double digit rainfall. More than 9 inches of rain is possible. Good to heavy rainfall is likely due to the impact of both systems over the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal.
