Rains were predicted in the state due to the Bay of Bengal system, thus the monsoon round seems to be beginning. Meteorological expert Paresh Goswami has given information about the rainfall between 24 and 30 September. He said that there are chances of rain during this time.

Meteorologist Paresh Goswami said in his YouTube video that Gujarat will see a round of rain between September 24 and 30. During this time, normal to moderate and one or two heavy rains will be seen. There will be scattered rains in the month of October.

Rain has started in South Gujarat. Its intensity will increase from today. The intensity of rainfall will increase with time. Rain will increase on 24-25. It will then cover many areas of the state on the 26th. On 27th, 28th, 29th, there may be heavy rain at many places and very heavy rain at some places.

Meanwhile, South Gujarat is likely to receive maximum rainfall. Parts of South Gujarat including Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Rajpipla, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Bardoli, Bilimora, Dang, Ahwa may receive three to 4-5 inches of rain. There will be one or two centers where more than five or six inches of rain is expected during 27-28. 27-28 is going to be heavy for South Gujarat. Heavy to very heavy rain will also be recorded at one or two places. It could be areas like Ankleshwar, Surat, Valsad or Rajpipla. Where more than 6 inches of rain can be recorded

In the 60 to 65 percent area of ​​Gujarat, the intensity of rain will be more in South Gujarat. In central Gujarat, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand, Nadiad, Kheda may experience light to heavy gusts between 24th and 30th. Vadodar district and its surrounding areas may experience high rainfall. 2 to 3 inches of rain is expected here.

Mahisagar, Dahod, Godhra and Chotaudepur may also receive two to four inches of rain. Aravalli in north Gujarat may receive two to three inches of rain. From Sabarkantha, Banaskantha, Patan and Mehsana some intensity can be seen in Sabarkantha. There is a chance of one to two inches of rain.

Moderate to heavy gusts and scattered gusts are possible over some parts of Kutch. Light to heavy showers may occur in Morbi-Surendranagar. Bhavnagar, Botad and Amreli may experience slight intensity. 3 to 5 inches of rain may fall here. Rajkot, Junagadh and Gir Somnath will witness slight intensity overall. Light-heavy to moderate gusts will be recorded in West Saurashtra.
